Art With A Heart is proud to announce our upcoming Refresh Through Expressive Arts virtual group for adults aged 18+.

Dates are every Thursday from February 15th to March 21st, 2023.

Each session will be centered around a theme, and we will use different art materials to find our unique forms of expression to gain personal insights.

No prior skill is needed for you to participate in these events. The workshops are meant to encourage your creativity and to be fun! We encourage and support each other and hold space for our experiences, stories, and creative journeys.
