2023 Self Expressive Saturday’s
Our Self Expressive Saturdays Art Program utilizes a mindfulness-based approach that promotes connection and individual expression. Each week, we get creative with different art forms and produce a new art project and take part in mindfulness activities. We create an inclusive, safe space where participants can learn more about themselves and others through the art-making process.

Program Schedule
Morning Sessions
Our winter Self Expressive Saturdays morning sessions will be held every Saturday from January 28th – March 4th 2023 and will run each day from 9:45 am – 12:00 pm

We are currently offering our Self Expressive Saturdays program as 6-week sessions. Your registration fee of $215 includes 2.25 hours of engaging art-making and other fun games and activities. For family prices, please email us at info@artwithaheart.ca.
What’s included in your registration fee?

- All of your art-making supplies
- Over 2 hours of live expressive arts programming led by knowledgeable facilitators including mindful warms, art-making instructions, and connection building opportunities
Art With A Heart Inc. accepts Cash, Debit, e-Transfer, and Credit. Once we have received payment, we will send your link to join our online session and make arrangements for you to pick up your child’s box of art supplies.

Payment Options
To pay by credit card: Fill in the registration form at the bottom of this page, and complete your checkout by successfully paying by credit card. Please note, during the registration process, a credit card is the default payment method during the checkout process. Once you have successfully paid by credit card, you will receive an emailed receipt and a confirmation email detailing the programs you have selected.
To pay by cash or debit: Fill in the registration form at the bottom of this page, and select manual payment during the checkout process. You will receive a registration confirmation email immediately and will receive a follow-up email to schedule a time slot to visit our studio space to pay by cash or debit.
To pay by e-transfer: Fill in the registration form at the bottom of this page, and select manual payment during the checkout process. You will receive a registration confirmation email immediately and will receive a follow-up email for instructions to pay by e-transfer.

Cancellations
Spaces in our Self Expressive Saturday’s Art Program are limited. We ask that you please let us know if you are unable to attend any sessions you have registered for as soon as possible. If supplies have not been provided yet, we will cancel your registration to provide the space to the next in line on our waitlist. If supplies have already been provided to you, we will send a link to the recorded session that includes video art instructions.
