A Creative and Inclusive Space for Adults with Disabilities

The Bloom Expressive Arts Program is designed for adults with disabilities who want to explore creativity in a supportive, welcoming environment. Through painting, drawing, mixed media, and sensory-friendly activities, participants can express themselves, connect with others, and build confidence—all while having fun!

At Bloom, there is no right or wrong way to create. Whether you’re an experienced artist or just starting, our program encourages personal expression, relaxation, and joyful discovery through the arts.

We will explore art together, using activities that engage your senses and spark your imagination. We will connect with others in a welcoming and supportive community. It’s a chance to relax, have fun, and get creative!

If the cost is a barrier for participation, please contact adultprograms@artwithaheart.ca and we can try to work something out so you are able to participate. Please feel free to reach out as we want to make this program as accessible as possible!

$10 Caregiver Participation–Arts & Materials Fee (per session)

This ticket helps cover material costs for caregivers who would like to get creative and join in on the art-making!
