Past Programs
Refresh Through Expressive Arts
Refresh Through Expressive Arts is a virtual group where we will focus on exploring and expanding our creativity to improve and maintain our mental wellness. Each session we will explore a different theme and use the arts and a variety of mediums to find our own unique forms of expression.
Let's Create
A skilled guest artist will lead the group through an artistic process step-by-step painting so that participants can make their version of the artistic offering advertised. We encourage moments where you can add your own artistic flair to the piece that you create.
Bipoc Empowered Arts
On Mondays from October 16, to November 20, 2023, Art With A Heart hosted this virtual Art Therapy Group which is designed to provide a safe, judgment-free, and supportive space for women who are Black, Indigenous, and/or People of Colour.
Expressive Arts Spring Workshop Series
We are excited to announce that this spring we will be running a series of different creative workshops in our studio! All of the workshops are very different but you can expect unique combinations of art-making, social interaction, and creative experimentation in each one.
