Expressive Arts Adults

Express Adults is a creative exploration program for individuals aged 18 and up, offering a diverse range of expressive art mediums, including mixed media, collage, and abstract forms.

Guided by skilled instructors, the program provides a supportive space for adults to express their emotions, build confidence, and enhance social and emotional well-being. Each session fosters artistic growth, self-discovery, and a sense of community, making it a rewarding and immersive experience for those seeking to explore creativity in a meaningful and transformative way.
