Art With A Heart is launching our Refresh Through Expressive Arts for adults this fall! Refresh Through Expressive Arts is a virtual group where we explore and expand our creativity to improve and support our mental wellness. Each session focuses on a theme, using various art materials to discover our unique forms of expression and gain personal insights.
