2023 Teen Artists Unite

Our in-person Teen Artists Unite program takes a wellness based approach to making art that promotes expression and personal growth. If your teen needs a creative outlet, our program provides the perfect fit of different art projects that are sure to challenge and spark creativity while providing a space that is open and inclusive.

Each week, we explore different art forms and produce a new art project. For this winter session, we’ll take inspiration from a different famous artist each week. From Emily Carr to Van Gogh, we explore their artistic talents to create wonderful works of our own.

We also take part in a bullet journaling activity and mindfulness activities to create an inclusive, safe space where participants can learn more about themselves and others. We recognize the value of small group sizes to maximize safety, individualization, and a high-quality art-making experience. Therefore, our program sizes are intentionally capped at lower numbers.

Program Schedule

Our hybrid Teen Artists Unite program runs every Thursday from January 26, 2023, to February 23, 2023, and is designed for artists ages 13-17!

Participants have the option to register for our online virtual sessions or our in-person sessions. These sessions will run at the same time and allow participants to interact whether they join in the studio or from the comfort of home.

Dates: Every Thursday for 5 weeks from January 26, 2023 – February 23, 2022

Time: 6:00 pm– 8:00 pm

We are currently offering our Teen Artists Unite program as 8-week sessions. Your registration fee of $280 includes 2 hours of engaging art-making. For family prices, please email us at info@artwithaheart.ca.

Cancellations

Spaces in our Teen Artists Unite program are limited. We ask that you please let us know if you are unable to attend any sessions you have registered for as soon as possible. If supplies have not been provided yet, we will cancel your registration to provide the space to the next in line on our waitlist. If supplies have already been provided to you, we will send a link to the recorded session that includes video art instructions.
